Many apologies for not getting any information to Year 4 parents, there have been connectivity issues at Castleton so Mrs Clemens has not been able to use their class twitter feed. We have just received, however, a couple of emails and all is well. They have all slept really well and are looking forward to this morning's activities.
Children set off at 9. 30 this morning and arrived safely at Castleton. they are now doing their first activity - Jumblies!
Children are all fine and have enjoyed their activities, all are happy and looking forward to tea.
Mrs Clemens says the internet signal is poor at Castleton so cannot tweet as often as she would like!
All children slept well with Ruby being the last to drop off! ( you'll have to guess which Ruby).
Some were up at 6.30 but most after 7. All are tucking into breakfast now and looking forward to the mornings activities.
Friday 5th - The children have packed their bags and are on the coach ready for the journey back to St Elizabeths.
They have just set off at 1.45 so should be back in school between 2.45 - 3.00pm. You may take siblings from other classes as you pick children up - if you wish!!
ETA at school 2.35pm Parents may pick up at this time and take siblings if you wish!

All have walked up to Peveril castle and enjoyed playing some seige games!
Had a delicious lunch ready for the next activity!
All children are happy after a lovely day doing archery, building siege engines and digging for treasure and artefacts.
They have had a lovely 3 course dinner with lots of choice and are getting ready for night activities!
Children have looked around their dorms and unpacked ready for tonight.
All are fine with no problems.
Report from Mrs Clemens + Mrs Salt:
We've all made candles, which we will bring home. Then played bingo... Winners were albie, William, Elizabeth s, Thomas!!! They have all gone to their rooms now! Very excited!
Children have had supper and are ready for bed, its been a long day and Mrs Clemens says they are tired so should sleep well!!!! All are happy in their dorms with no problems.
Maisie was the first asleep - one girls dorm all are asleep but the others are yet to go!
Boys are in good form giggling away but they are dropping off too - one by one!
More in the morning.
Everyone up apart from two who had to be gently woken. Just having breakfast now, choice of cooked and/ or cereal toast ready for the next activity. Mrs Clemens reports that its snowing!!
They have completed the seige engine activity - all are wrapped up warm after the snow this morning. They are now going back inside ready for lunch then the return to St Elizabeth's.
